I just ran into another modder on bo2 online. How are people able to do this? Is it actually just test kit users? I’ve read that multiple times but it seems like there are a decent amount of them on here doing this. I assume my typical jailbreak ps4 won’t be able to do this? Is there something I don’t know?

Looking to get my first 2-stroke and trying to decide between a 125 and a 250.
A little background on me:
Weight: ~220 lbs
Riding Style: Mostly trail riding / woods, no track.
Experience: Experienced on 250f's, but I've never owned or ridden a 2-stroke.
I’m super interested in making the switch from a 4-stroke, but I have a couple of reservations:

It is absolutely mind-boggling how completely backwards the laws are around here.
New York State as a whole treats regular consumer fireworks like weaponized plutonium, but back in 2015, they finally legalized ground fountains and wooden-stick sparklers. The catch? They left it up to individual counties to opt-in.
And where am I? About an hour east of the city on Long Island, where both Nassau and Suffolk counties completely banned them. We aren’t even legally allowed to hold a single sparkler without risking a “$500 fine”. A literal piece of wire that burns for 30 seconds is treated like contraband.
Meanwhile, you can drive a couple of hours in almost any direction and buy them at a grocery store.
The funniest part? This entire nanny-state overregulation is a total joke, because obviously, I still get my hands on the good stuff. But hey, heaven forbid someone wants to legally light a tiny fountain in their driveway while the rest of us are launching beautiful shells into the sky
I have a quick maybe stupid question.
I have 12 leftover shells from last 4th but I only have 1 brand new tube left for these shells. Would I be okay using the only tube I have left to fire the rest of these shell? Obviously not letting the tube get super hot. Below I attached a pic of the shells I have left over
