I started as a home coordinator. This week our store manager pulled us in the office and stated to give us more experience he was going to swap us around. Next week I start as the beauty/shoes coordinator. Is this a very common practice?
Spent like 40 minutes on the phone with a customer lecturing me on how we move merchandise to the floor. Basically she wanted us to contact her before we moved purses to the floor so she could come look at them first. I told her it wouldn’t be possible and that policy dictated that the purses were processed and immediately on the floor for first come first serve type setup. She didn’t like it so I told her we would contact her when purses went to the floor but every customer was going to have equal opportunity and she would have to be quick to come look at them. Not sure if I approached it right but did tell her she could contact a store manager later on if she had further questions. So aggravated maybe some advice to handle the situation better I guess.
Probably making a big deal out of a little thing but was kind of wondering the deal on engraved badges. LOL I still have a ghetto badge with the little printed label. I am a coordinator/key carrier and I see other coordinators who were hired at the same time with a nice engraved badges. Are those special ordered or something?

Nothing changed with my payroll or frequency but mypay was decreased from 200 to 0. It has been 200 for almost a year now. I guess what chime giveth chime taketh away. lol. Going to be hard to survive for a week but next week I’ll be stronger for it and not have to rely on it anymore.
