im incoming soph transfer this fall and i was wondering it anyone knows how housing and finding roomates work for transfer?

i started surfing 3 months ago and i was wondering around what months in socal is the warer warm enough for no wetsuit

is it easy to meet people and make friends especially at orientation? are there lots of resources/opportunities to socialize; hows the greek life? are the dorms chill lol. is there much to do outside of the school in the st louis area?

im a sophomore transfer from cc and im not sure what school is better for premed track. i was told uci usc or emory would be my best choices. but how is washU?
