Hello everyone, this is my first post here and i wanted to find out how do I get in? For almost a year now ive been trying to get into BNSF through friends, family, and networking with no success. I have experience in welding such as heavy and large production, as well as fabrication.

So the question or questions I would like to know is how do I get in? What else should I do to stand out to better my chances? What am I missing?

I lnow i can do everything that is asked of me on a job, I know I have a good work ethic, so what else can I do?
