Seriously hate election season!

I can't stand this time of year. We get slammed with 2-3 political ads EVERY commercial break on TV, we get hundreds of text messages asking,"how do you feel about...", and then we get all these damn flyers in the mail. This pile is from just under two weeks. 24 of them to be exact. If you are a politician or working with someone who sends all these damn things out, FUCK YOU!!!

Kitchen Refresh

Here is our mild kitchen refresh in our 1905 farmhouse.

We do plan on redoing the floors and refinishing the cabinets in a year or two, but for now, we love how it has come out. The first image is from when we first bought the house 6 years ago.

Credit Limit Increase

I've had the VentureX card for a few years now and my limit is 30K. I don't keep a balance on the card and I never go anywhere near the 30K mark. Lately, on the C1 app, I've been seeing links to 'increase my credit limit'. I'm trying to figure out why there is a need to do this. My credit score is roughly 830 and don't need the higher limit, but part of me is wondering if there is some sort of financial benefit to having the higher limit. Is there a benefit to having a higher limit when my limit is already 30K?

Miffy Pumpkin

If anybody is in the Portland, Maine area, the Barnes and Noble by the mall had 3 Pumpkin Miffys. We took 1 home with us.

New members to the family

Picked these up today at a Newbury comics in Maine. Shrimp was 27.99 and Flip was 89.99. They had a decent amount of labubu stock at regular retail price for anyone in the area.

Feeling Pretty Good - 4th Injection of Hyrimoz

Today I gave myself my 4th Hyrimoz injection. Things have been steadily improving over the last couple of months. Back pain is minimal with most of the time, no pain at all. To go with that, the issues I've been having with my left calf constantly cramping up are completely gone. Also, the fatigue has dropped dramatically which is good because now it is time for some housing projects. Hopefully, there will continue to be improvements with the back pain.
