Should I include my last employer even though I only lasted 3 months?

I couldn't handle the toxicity of my last company and I resigned for the first time after just a few months; usually, I stay for years. I took the opportunity because the company it's super famous and the benefits are good, plus the salary is okay too. It’s just that I was overwhelmed with work from my bullying coworkers. Yes, it was my first time being bullied and HR didn't care. I was exhausted from the commute, working 2-4 hours of overtime every day, dealing with bullying coworkers (including my supervisor), and the pressure made me resign. Anyway, I’ve been applying lately after taking a 2-month break and I didn't include my last employer. So, if we sum it up, what’s on my CV is that I last worked in March. Many of the interviewers have been asking me why I'm not employed or why there’s a big gap in my CV and why I’m only applying now.

If I include my last employment, what could I say is the reason for my resignation? Wouldn't it make me look super weak if I say it was bullying? I'm thinking maybe I could mention the commute since it was 4-6 hours round trip. Anyway, what do you think is the best thing to do?

What should I do? I can't stop thinking about my crush on church. It's worse than I expected.

I've been attending this small church in Manila for almost a year now. For quite a few months, I didn't really interact with the members, but I would talk to people when they talked to me. I slowly became friends with some of the young professionals (I'm 31), and after six months, I started hanging out with them.

There is this guy who is very active in the ministries and is also about my age. He's been there since I started attending, but I only noticed him when he walked me home. He walked with me because I wasn't familiar with the area. Since then, I've slowly started liking him. I find him very funny, honest, and humble, and he has these leadership skills that really stand out.

I don't think he's interested in me—or anyone in the church—because he has a big responsibility toward his family. So, I just enjoy every moment with him. I also often try to suppress my feelings for him because I don't want to ruin our good friendship. But lately, I can't stop replaying all of our moments together in my mind. So, I worked out and went for a run to forget about it. But then I heard his surname when my parents were talking about church stuff, and my heart literally giggled. 😭

I don't want to tell him that he's my crush. I can't understand what's happening to me. I'm already in my 30s, and the last time I felt like this, I was a teenager. BTW, we're both single. What should I do??
