Anybody else had their tv update today and there is now yellow parts to their menu when it used to be all white?

I have had my Virgin 360 box in the same location for 3 years and recently it started to make a nose of the fan working harder. No performance issues but just a noticeable noise like a car engine.
I troubleshooted the issue with no success, Virgin then replaced the box.
The new box arrived and I am having the same issue. There is no performance issues it’s just the box itself is very loud like a car engine running.
To confirm the issue remains no matter what the location/surface the box is on. The box has been replaced, and as I say I have not had this noise for years and it’s only just started and is on both boxes even after replacement.
Has there been a software update in the background that is causing the box to work harder?
I noticed recently my box was louder than usual, the best way to describe it is: it sounds like when you’re in the car with the engine on but not moving.
I done all of the troubleshooting and no change, contacted Virgin and they replaced my box and it’s came and the issue is still there.
I’ve not moved my box location or anything like that, the noise is loud enough to be noticeable that’s how I noticed it in the first place and I’ve been a customer with the old box before it was replaced for 2/3 years so I know it’s only recently started.
I am wondering has a software update Virgin have rolled out in the background for the boxes created this issue?
