Have you ever noticed this in The Walking Dead Season 1 ?
if you look closely at the cover art or menu screen for episode 3, duck is shown looking completely healthy and happy!
meanwhile, this is the episode that before season 3 the tragedy happens and he dies! Does this mean duck wasn't originally supposed to die and the story was changed ?

ME3 (miranda)
I'm trying to make sure Miranda survives Horizon in my current playthrough. I've already locked in the romance and had the scenes in the Presidium.
I'm a bit confused because I read the Kai Leng dossier after final conversation with miranda not before second conversation my question is if i dont read before second conversation she will die ?
