I was trying to port from bsnl to airtel, my primary was jio and this is a secondary sim of mine and doesnt recharge often. Just does to keep it alive. And since i need to recieve the upc i recharged it and still there is the upc issue at server side since 2 wks. No idea when it gets resolved... customer care kept on telling today evening.. tomorrow morning... and so on.

Somebody please reply if its resolved so that i need not topup again for sending port message.
