As stated, I got sick for a few weeks and it slipped my mind. I got a $1200 bill about an hour ago and basically shit my pants. Right away went and made a return label, I’m about to go drop it off at the post office and currently I’m waiting for Eastlink to text me back so I can provide the tracking number as I don’t have good enough cell service right now to call.

If I keep up communication, sending them the tracking number, and calling when I see it marked as delivered, what are the chances they’ll wipe it off of my bill when they receive it back? I can’t afford this and I’m shitting bricks.

I sent a UPS Express Saver parcel from NB to Toronto via CFIB ShipTime on Monday. Tuesday comes around, and the parcel arrives in Concord right around the time my shipments there always make it, just in time for same day delivery.. And it stops moving. I let it go where Wednesday was Canada Day, expecting a delivery yesterday, and still, it didn’t move from processing.

I filed a claim last night, and there’s an investigation/trace open, but realistically speaking… what are the chances they find it/it’s just delayed? What are others experiences with this? I had it insured for the full value but I’m realllllly worried, last time I had to get a payment from UPS on a parcel it took 4 months and that wasn’t for as big of an amount as this. TYIA
