-I need sun
-I have a small dog that’s lazy but always cold so debating if he rather just lay on a little sunbed on a screened in patio vs attempting to play in mini backyard (but will it be constantly wet, 🪳,🐊, etc

These are basically all the same price point

Does anyone have feedback on living in this area? Considering the new build apt there. Thanks!
