A quick question- my firm is planning to automate marketing reporting. We have already explored using etl tools to aggregate data and build dashboards on top of them. But we have received a new mandate to explore copilot agents to automate reporting. Is this actually feasible? Has anyone used this or using this?

Hello people, I graduated from one of the new age B schools in 2024 with a package above 20 LPA. It’s been 2.5 years at my current company. I was working in a marketing role. It was a mid sized firm and they were growing decently. However, things started going downhill 2025 mid onwards. They didn’t give us appraisals this year and last week informed us of a mass layoff of around 200 people. I was one of them. My role here wasn’t very defined . I did a little bit of everything . It was more about fixing the broken systems here . Now idk where I’ll fit in or what I’m good at. And this layoff has really affected my self confidence . I need to find a job in the next 3 months. I am applying but not hearing back from companies. Feeling very confused and anxious . Please help.
