Going through an impossibly hard time with my husband and would love the best therapist recommendations please!

Hello! I have been putting this off for way too long but does anyone have a recommendation in Seattle or Bellevue area to get a wedding dress dry cleaned and preserved? Thank you!!

I have severe male factor infertility/NOA. A very small number of immotile sperm have been found in my ejaculate before, but my recent FNA mapping sampled 24 sites and showed homogeneous meiotic/early maturation arrest, lots of primary spermatocytes but no later-stage cells or mature sperm.

My wife has frozen eggs and my doctor prescribed isotretinoin. I’m considering trying that + repeated semen searches/STAR before micro-TESE.

Has anyone with early/homogeneous maturation arrest had success finding viable/motile sperm with isotretinoin, extended sperm search/STAR, or micro-TESE? Were you ultimately able to make embryos or have a biological child?

Would really appreciate any similar experiences or success stories. Really looking for some hope right now.
