Down time

Does anyone else’s TL and coaches send you guys out to help zone and throw freight instead of doing the go back we have in the back room? We have been on a 30% reduction for the last month and we have a really strong team when it comes to picking (best in market 3rd in region) so we often will end up with 15~20 mins extra each hour and probably average 4/5 decent size orders canceled or expire every day so almost always have a good amount of go backs but instead of having us work them they only have the closers work go back. It makes no sense to me at all i understand all 10~20 pickers depending on the day don’t need to work them but why not have a few?

Just me or does anyone else do this?

When you are picking and a customer ask what aisle something is one and you think about it for a second and you tell them a aisle then when you go on about the rest of your pickwalk realize you sent them to the complete wrong spot and you just hope you don’t see them the rest of your walk? Or do you always look it up in my Walmart like most people in my department will do every single time?
