I’m planning to start taking whey protein and creatine, but I’ve heard people claim they can cause infertility or negatively affect sperm quality.
Is this just a myth, or is there any scientific evidence that whey protein or creatine monohydrate, when taken at the recommended doses, can affect male fertility?
I’m **not** talking about anabolic steroids or hormone-based supplements—only regular whey protein and creatine.
I’d really appreciate evidence-based answers or experiences from people who have looked into the research.
I’m 26 years old and my girlfriend is 19. We’ve been together for a while, and overall things are going well. The issue is that I can’t stop thinking about our age gap.
Legally we’re both adults, and she is mature for her age, but sometimes I feel uncomfortable about the fact that there’s a 7-year difference between us. I keep wondering whether we’re at very different stages in life and if that could become a bigger issue in the future.
Part of me feels like I’m overthinking it, but another part of me worries that 19 is still very young compared to 26. I care about her a lot, and I don’t want to ignore something important if it could affect the relationship long-term.
For those who have been in relationships with a similar age gap, how did it work out? Am I overthinking this, or is my concern reasonable?

iPhone 16 Pro charging issue – battery stuck at same percentage
Hi, I’m having a problem with my iPhone 16 Pro and I’m not sure what’s causing it.
When I plug it in, it shows that it’s charging (there’s the lightning icon), but the battery percentage stays the same — for example, it just stays at 65% and doesn’t move.
Sometimes the lightning icon flickers, like it’s connecting and disconnecting. Occasionally it will start charging normally, but then it stops again.
Has anyone experienced something like this?
Could it be the cable/charger, or maybe something with the battery or charging port?

iPhone 16 Pro проблем со полнење – батеријата стои на ист процент
Здраво, имам проблем со мојот iPhone 16 Pro и не сум сигурен што е причината.
Кога го ставам на полнење, покажува дека полни (има громче кај батеријата), ама процентот стои ист – на пример на 65% и не се мрднува. Понекогаш громчето трепка и се однесува како да прекинува и пак почнува да полни.
Се случува некогаш да почне нормално да полни, па пак да застане.
Дали некој имал ваков проблем?
Дали е до кабел/полнач или може да е нешто со батеријата или портот?
