How to better hydrate my curls

Hi all—I read a bunch online and attempted to combine all of the various advice I saw for curly hair into this horrifically complicated routine, which I have followed for about a month. I am still not getting the hydration I want, and generally just unsure if I'm doing the right things and how to synthesize all of the advice I see into an actual routine. I would appreciate any and all advice about my routine! I would also appreciate any advice on what haircuts/styles I could consider!

Do I have Ptosis?

Hello. I have noticed that something is not symmetrical about my eyelids, but I don't know exactly what is going on. One eyelid loops droopy, but actually both eye lids seem to be covering the same fraction of the eyeball. Guide to the picture:

a: eyes closed.

b: just after opening my eyes, relaxed.

c: relaxed after furrowing my brow and looking up (this seeming fix gets undone if I blink)

d: same as b but smiling

e: same as c but smiling.

What is going on here? Thanks for any help.
