I have the hubspot pro plan, and have occasionally had the need to send formal quotes. When did hubspot remove this feature? I went to make one and now it's of course tied to an upgrade with AI but they say you can still do legacy quotes if you jump through some hoops which I didn't have the patience to read.

When did this happen ?

Every time I use it, the tokens have run out for certain models. Every time. Then they introduced a new version? I haven't tried that yet, but saw the notification when I logged in. Their founder, Sam, would answer emails/tickets about issues, but now he just ghosts me and doesn't respond. Anybody else having these issues with Nily?

How many damn times do they have to raise their rates and or credit card fees. So dang frustrating. Gonna cost me $150-$200 per month just because they want to. Been with them about 12 years, definitely looking for other options. I use to love FreshBooks, but WTF are they getting so greedy? Were they bought by PE?
