1999 Olympia 2000 (Yuck we know) new LP regulator and vaporizer last fall, sat for the summer now won’t start. Cleaned the distributor and it WILL pop off with brake clean but isn’t pulling propane
Tried numerous tanks, cleaned the lines, purged the regulator, bypassed shut off solenoid, checked vacuum lines. I don’t know much about this LP stuff.
I bought a 2006 RXT215 with (fizzle ic, PCV reroute, water box, Riva built charger) has 240 hours on it. Was cruising around for over an hour the other day totally fine then bam lost power engine sounded like knocking got towed back pulled it apart and the SC looks like this.
Back of the charger looked fine no missing teeth has all the washers still, counted all 40 needle bearings present and all ball bearings present. Engine oil is clean no metal in filter I have pulled the intake and IC for a deep clean. Bore scoped pistons look great, still has cross hatching and tops of valves look good. Compression tests 130 across all 3.
I feel like I’m good to buy a whole new charger and install without pulling the engine apart since I found all pieces. I also stuck my camera down the dipstick tube and found nothing but nice gold oil.
Thoughts on not opening the motor and just replacing the charger and cleaning the intakes real good?
Also how long do the sodium valves last in fresh water hour wise?
Finally, how do I know if it’s an X-charger or stock?

Good evening everyone, I have a DCR025 job site radio that one day just stopped producing sound. Radio is several years old at this point and all functions work just no volume. I’ve torn it apart and can’t find corrosion on anything and am not very knowledgeable with PCB so testing has not gone far. Hopefully someone has an idea lol
