Advice Italy

Hi everyone!

This summer, a friend and I are planning to go to Italy and we’d love to do a HomeExchange. We’re looking for a city that meets a few specific criteria, so I thought this would be the best community to ask. I know it’s a bit of a challenge, which is why I’m hoping you can help!

We’re looking for a city that:

• Has beautiful beaches and coves that are easily accessible by train or public transport.
• Has a beach within walking distance, so we can simply wake up and walk to the beach without needing to take any transport.
• Has a nice atmosphere with some nightlife and things going on, but isn’t as busy or overwhelming as Naples.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Do you have any recommendations regarding the listing or the accommodation itself? If you saw these photos, would you choose to stay in this apartment? Is there anything I could change or improve to make more people want to stay here?
