Looking for a Quiet, Safe Rental in the Birmingham Area
I’m a mature male in my 60s looking for a clean, safe, quiet and comfortable place to call home in the Birmingham area. I’m quiet, reserved, responsible, and solidly employed full-time as a local truck driver, bringing home over $1,000 per week after taxes.
My credit took a hit following a divorce and job loss in 2022, but I’m steadily rebuilding it. I’m hoping to find a private owner or landlord willing to look at my current stability and income, not just a credit score.
My budget is approximately $800–$1,350/month, depending on the property, and I’m open to discussing the rent. If possible, I’d also appreciate a landlord willing to work with me on paying the security deposit in installments.
