This is due to a rare low pressure area moving towards gujarat and STALLING OVER GUJARAT, BECAUSE AT THE SAME TIME ANOTHER LOW PRESSURE IS FORMING IN THE BAY OF BENGAL, WHICH LITERALLY PULLS THIS LOW PRESSURE TOWARDS IT , SO THIS MAKES A U TURN right over gujarat ( this is the forecast , forecasts can be wrong )
