I have a 2011 kx250f that wasn’t running and sat for some years. I had the valves lapped new cam chain and valves shimmed. It starts up and only idles with the enricher on and eventually will die by itself. If I push the enricher in it dies instantly if I rev it also dies instantly . Compression is 90 on a cold engine, brand new plug, fresh fuel , new fuel pump. I checked my timing and it seems to be off a tad, if I rotate the crank just a little bit it looks normal but not on the flywheel mark. I cannot figure out what my issue is. Is my
Timing causing this or is it correct and something else the issue please help

I picked up a pw50 and the front tire keeps grabbing the spark plug boot, forks don’t look bent but I’m not sure if the best way to actually tell besides just eyeballing. Any tips or advice pls
It only happens on big bumps and without the training wheels for the most part
