Good afternoon seniors!
I wanted to know what is the basis for JRF scholarship. Like if you secure a seat in ANY college through icar, you get JRF? or there is some AIR till which JRF is given ? I’m a bit confused . Please help me out here !

I lost my Scooty keys . What to do now ?
