It's such an inconvenience for you, for 3 days, that you say no to a free remodel that costs tens of thousands of dollars. You can't stay in a hotel for a bit? I relocated across the country with 2 cats, and lived in a hotel for a month with them...I don't understand these people's reasoning.
I've spent over 10 hours in chat, emailed their contact email, and spent 3 hours on hold trying to get my money refunded for a flight they canceled, and I didn't take their rebooting option. (Rented a car and drove home the 8 hours onstead). I've gotten an email and text saying my money would be refunded in 7 days, and its been 12, and still nothing. Any advice?
If anyone has any suggestions, please send them my way! I have a typical row house dining/kitchen space, and think a banquette would help with storage (under the bench seating) and utilizing a small space. I've looked at prefab ideas, but they don't work for my area. Thanks!
