I (27M) recently got my blood test results, and my levels came back as:
Vitamin B12: 106 pg/mL
Vitamin D: 13.5 ng/mL
I’m experiencing some hair loss and severe greying
Could these symptoms be related to these deficiencies?
Should I consult a dermatologist for the hair loss and severe greying, or would a general physician be the right person to see first?
Also, how long does it typically take for Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D levels to return to the normal range after starting treatment?
