I strongly suspect there’s a virus or spyware on my PC, even though my antivirus scans keep coming up clean.

A few days ago, someone tried to change my email password. They failed, and I immediately updated it using a different device. Shortly after, I noticed 14 unauthorized login attempts on my Twitter account, so I changed both my username and password, which finally stopped the attacks. Next, someone tried to breach my Kinguin/G2A account, but luckily, I hadn't saved my card details there.

Today, just a few hours ago, I bought a Minecraft key from G2A and chose not to save my card information. Twenty minutes later, I received an SMS notification that someone was attempting to use my card to subscribe to OnlyFans! Fortunately, there was no money left on that card, and I'm currently in the process of cancelling it.

At this point, should I just go ahead and completely format my PC, or is there a better way to handle this?

Update1 - I nuked my pc I really hate when this happens I genuinely didn't click any bad links all I did like the 2 weeks ago was download 2 versions of the witcher 3 one was from anker the other one was steamri the bzzher something one I don't know if it come from there or no

i want to update the game if i want to do that do i have to reinstall the game every time?
