Here I present the VM-14 EXTERMINATOR
This is the first model of the aircraft (number 001), so it may be refined or modernised later on.
The VM-14 is a heavy twin-engine aircraft meant to dominate the skies and the ground too. It has 16 weapon hardpoints (all external) and 2 slots for drop tanks. The missile loadout I've made for it so far are all russian missiles. 8 of the AA-10 Alamo, 2 KH-38s. 6 R-77s and it has 2 30mm russian guns.
Its engines are equipped with 3D thrust vectoring , each engine making 150kn at sea level (standstill).
I've never actually made my own interior before so am I doing good so far?
"What if I suggest…..
….that you make your own nation! It’s very fun actually, you don’y have to worry about a lot. Just make a silly flag, find a silly name and make a silly roundel, I believe in you 🗣"
After spending a stupid amount of time trying to decide a country for my previous plane, I decided to make my own nation. The Kingdom Of Velicia! And here I show it with my new fighter! (Yes, unnamed again)
+ This is WIP so free to give any advice
I used to play a lot of the game Sprocket Tank Design. In Sprocket, it is common for you to edit the files to simulate modern motors or autocannons or bypass gun limitations etc. Is there a way to do this in Flyout? For some reason, Flyout keeps making my engines way heavier than IRL numbers and I want to be able to reduce the weight in the files to change that. If it is possible in Flyout, can yall help?
Can you do it with just FBW settings or not? Trying to make a stealth bomber without a tail and I have no idea how..
TADC??
I want to import a fuselage I made since I cant seem to recreate it in flyout soo how can i just import it?
So this is the Iron Condor. It is a lot bigger than the AN-225, has a cargo capacity of above 600 tonnes and can ALMOST carry Tony's mom.
Ok anyways heres a German TD I made after returning to the game. Yes, I know I didnt do good in detailing at all. And at one point I forgot to save sooo its mid
and it wasnt a replica and maybe serious-ish? idk
Hey guys!
I'm 12 and I'm into aeronautics and stuff.
I used to play a bunch of flyout in me freetime but now I decided to try OpenVSP. I got it yesterday and since then I've made 3 models and a 4th WIP model. I put pics of the 3. I can't seem to get my VSPAERO to work so I'll figure that out later.
I prob could use some tips in making my stuff better, so can yall help?
And also, can you rate my builds?
btw when I use autopilot for this thing it fails. Always. Is that normal?
anyways heres plane stuff idk
max speed: mach 3.20
max sustained altitude: 110,000 feet
max altitude achieved: 128,000 feet
2 1.15 diameter engines on the wings, a 0.9 diameter engine in the fuselage that feeds a middle ramjet infront of it
yes ik I didnt do that good and ik carbon fiber wasnt the best material...
(pretend it has some titanium shielding or smth)
And call it ugly cuz that is what it is.
This is my best build in 20 hour playtime. I am proud of it :D
Hey guys! I bought the game yesterday and I think some of yall saw me post. My total playtime is 6 hours and heres me leanring the game. Pretty basic without weapons (I havnt learnt that yet) so for now is this good?
( still didnt touch a tutorial )
Hey guyssss
so I just bought Flyout and I am pretty confused. I am a Sprocket Tank Design player and maybe u can find some of me posts on r/SprocketTankDesign . I learnt Sprocket almost entirely myself without much tutorials but I heard this game's learning curve is SIGNIFICANTLY WORSE
Any tips of learning this game? I could use some.
