I got a strange letter today saying I have an overdue payment of 0.00 and if not paid they will close my account in 14 days.
System glitch? Anyone else get this madness?

Hi I booked a 3 week stay in UK, visiting family, and the agent keeps asking me to cancel. Suspicious, and facing higher costs I got hold of booking.com that says the agent doesn't want me to cancel now. I read they would face costs in getting me other accommodation.
Now I am worried they will ditch me last minute and compensation will be slow ans too little- this in a hard to get accommodation area, and I coudl be left 'homeless' or in a very expensive hotel. I am visiting my elderly mother and I can't staybinnhwe place.
Any tips or strategies what to do? It's in July and can cancel up to a month before.
