Is the only Difference between Spartan Edition and Spartan Edition 1.5 the cards and the rulebook?

I don’t know a lot about Halo Flashpoint. I have access to a discounted Recon Starter. Should I pick it up since the rules are changing soon? If I get that set will it have a lot of overlap with the new sets?

In a competitive or semi competitive game of Anno 117 with the Prophecies of Ash DLC, I assume only one person can colonize the big volcano island.

Does this gate the other players out of doing obsidian related building chains unless they trade with the player who get the island first? Does this DLC just incentivize a mad dash to take over the volcano island? Does anyone have experience playing the new DLC in multiplayer?
