hey, I'm looking to move from Tennessee ASAP. I've visited your great city twice now and it was love at second sight. I'm into no-touch/no-chase policies, cooking for friends, experimental japanese music, minding my business, and making strangers laugh. I am NOT into late rent, days old dishes, and general filth. Hey, I'm 25 and live in Nashville currently, which is a hellscape for anyone young, turnt, and trans- I've gotta get out of here ASAP before I go completely nuts. People have recommended west philly, but if you have alternatives, lmk. I can move at the end of october, willing to pay 800 at most. The main deal is, where should i look for sublets? PS: squatting is EVIL ! >:( I'd never do that!! but if you have friends who've squatted over the winter season, it would be sick to hear about their experience. Thanks yall
