hiii~ I will be attending UBC Sauder in Sept, and I am transferring my Calculus, Macro and maybe Micro (still waiting)AP credits. I am hoping for some advice and suggestions for my Y1
First Semester:
- COMM 105
-COMM 190
-COMM 196
- DSCI 100
-ECON 101 ( Will drop this if I do good on my AP exam)
Second Semester:
- COMM 101
- COMM 191
- COMM 192
- CPSC 103
These are my planned schedule, how is the workload and anything I should change? Any recommended prof? I am hoping to minor in Data Science. thxxxx
For some reason, all the classes I wanted to take are on Tuesday and Thursdays.... Is it doable, I am kinda worried about the Midterm and Final. Do they all take place at regular lecture time slots (cuz having three exams in day is brutal lol)
Dis is sem 2
why am I not eligible for Comm 191? I thought it is a requirement for Y1 same for 192, I am not able to add the course in my saved schedule
I have AP credits for Macro, Calculus and stats (5,5,5) . So do I still sign up for these courses or do I just pick electives instead of these courses? I am also waiting for my AP Micro results so should I still register Econ 101 and is it possible to switch to another course when the results are released in July?
I am just curious what do yall think on these two programs if I want to go to FinTech
(costs are not an issue)
are they releasing at 7am?
I am intl and i applied business economics so I know its hard to get off... but im still praying for it 😭😭😭😭😭 I am already rlly grateful for a wl cuz UCLA is like my dream school
I just need a 4, Im currently doing well on all the AB and just finished studying unit9. Unit 10 was crazy, I spent 2 days and i still find it challenging but i dont wanna spend time on it anymore. Is 4 still doable if I get everything else done 🥲
Hey everyone! I’m a HS senior and I just committed to Sauder. I’m currently working at a restaurant on campus and plan to keep the job through my first year. For those who worked 10–15+ hours a week in first year, how did you manage the transition? Any specific tips for staying on top of the Sauder core curriculum while working service jobs? How rigorous is Sauder academically?
Hi guys Im a high school student committed to a non-bmus degree, I play the woodwind and i was the soloist at my school. How is the audition process and is it hard to get in? Is the sight reading difficult?
