What does this temple entrance design represent??

Can anyone tell me what this design means? Is there a specific name for this or any traditional meaning behind these? I see this almost at all temples here. I posted this in the Indian architecture sub but no response there.

I’m a 22-year-old Indian engineer and recently received a job offer in Japan (Aichi region) for an automobile design engineering role.

Japan Offer:

- ¥230,000/month salary before deductions

- Company housing provided

- Utilities around ¥20,000/month deducted

- Around 3 months bonus annually

- OT paid additional hourly

At the same time, I’m comparing it with another Indian offer of 9 LPA.

From a purely financial and career perspective, which would make more sense.

I wanted honest opinions on:

  1. How good is this Japan package for a fresher/young engineer compared to Indian offer?

  2. Is it realistic to save a meaningful amount with this setup?

  3. Is Japan worth? I am hearing all negetive from internet regarding working there.

Would especially appreciate insights from Indians/NRIs or people working in Japan.
