Is this worth it?
I want to know your opinion on if VA work is worth getting into in the big 2026?
I have a lot of people in my life that tell me I should get into it, from friends to trained VAs but I have some serious confidence issues. Pretty bad actually, to the point where if I fail once I just give up.
I guess I’m just looking for a little reassurance, something to make me interested in doing this, I’m interested in doing this but the time and money make me hesitant, plus it seems like a very over saturated market.
What’s your strategy?

Hello!
I am new to the world of voice acting and I’d like to give it a go!
Many of my peers have told me I have a fantastic voice, and I thought I’d like to give it a try.
This isn’t a post to ask for advice or anything, im just excited to start this journey.
I do have some training in acting and I am currently in an Imrpov class which is a ton of fun!
Just wondering for you experienced people, anyway websites or helpful YouTube videos that you have watched? I’m trying to absorb as much information as possible.

I am just a man, a simple man, I’m not going to use AI to write this, it comes from me.
I need help, and I don’t want to just get things fixed for me, I need help FIXING THINGS MYSELF. I want to work, I want to contribute to society. I want to break a sweat working my ass off for the things I want. I don’t want to be on the streets and be a roach. Everyday my teeth hurt, my stomach hurts from eating like shit. I’m not asking you to pay hospital bills or dentists bullshit, I’m not asking for cat food to feed my cats or money to get them fixed.
I just want a way to get to work, I am not on a bus line. My living situation is all I have, I can’t move. I can’t walk. I am asking for a simple scooter, 50cc or whatever. Just so I can work, so I can pay my own bills so I can HELP MYSELF. I’m tired of being in this situation, I just need help.
