can all creatures experience orgasm?

this might be a dumb and/or stupid question, but is everyone capable of orgasming?

i know most if not all male organisms orgasm somehow for the sake of reproduction, but i'm more wondering about the females. female humans can orgasm, despite it not directly aiding reproduction, and i wonder how that translates in other creatures since we're all so interconnected

i'm also wondering, how would you even find that out? would you just look for clitoral organs in the animal, or would you have to watch them in the wild? do all the animals who orgasm KNOW they can? how would you even know that either? lol

also, what about plants? would you even consider the release of pollen an "orgasm"?

also, what animals have the capability to enjoy sexual experiences how humans do? i know lots of creatures mate without necessarily ENJOYING it.. but i do wonder about the ones that do and what function that has in their society and behavior as a whole

this has been on my mind since last night. i'd love to know if any of these questions are answerable

i need to learn how to be a good person

my biggest ocd theme is moral scrupulosity and i deserve it tenfold. i NEED to become a good person NOW. all i do is hurt myself and others and miss social cues and cry and cut myself and smoke weed and that's all i do. i deserve every single deep, giant, fat-reaching, vein-severing, nerve damaging cut i have. i'm not asking to be reassured. i need to learn how to be good. please just make me good. make me a good person. i need to be a good person now

not quite sure if this has to do with me being autistic, but i am very very aware of my whole body at all times and i know that's connected, but this is a bit different. i have been chronically constipated since my literal birth, so i know that's a factor, but it's interesting to me how even after i've mostly regulated, i can still feel all the movement in my large intestine. whenever stool moves it feels like if pressure was slowly crawling its way around my belly. it's not painful unless i have a lot of farts to fart, but its extremely noticable. i'm feeling it right now in my lower right side as i type this. its like i'm consciously aware of engaging those muscles. i also notice that after i use the restroom, i can feel the pressure difference in my belly and its a bit uncomfortable. i can feel the empty space and it awakens this sort of uncomfortable pit in the stomach feeling in my left side where it comes out from. is this a me thing?

i can feel all of my body at once. i can't shut out any of my physical sensations how i imagine neurotypical people can. i'm very aware of every itch, tickle, touch, gust of air, anything that touches my skin, but i didn't think that would translate into my internal workings. i've always been able to feel this, but i thought it was normal until my mother said that she's never once been able to feel her intestines, but i feel them ALL THE TIME. i can almost tell what texture my stool will be before it comes out based on how it feels moving through me. can anyone else relate?
