I had two hermit crabs, rescues that I did some rehab with, and they had been chilling happily for a couple years. Recently, the larger one died. Curled up tight in her shell and that was it, no clue what happened. (Obviously I feel terrible!)

The other crab is healthy, just finished a molt, running on her wheel and happily eating popcorn - but now I have to make sure she’s got a friend.

I checked Craigslist, but I don’t have Facebook, and I was wondering where other people have gotten friends for their crabs? Or should I give her to someone who has a little crab family already?

I just want her to live her best life! (I’m in central Ohio fwiw.)
