

"Same Ol' Shit" Meal Prep.
Healing from surgery and need protein and more fat. 1. 5 servings of Veggie Frittata with cheese. 2. Cucumber and onion salad with balsamic and red wine vinegar marinade. 3. Summer squash sauteed with green bell pepper and onion. 4. Lazy guacamole because I don't want to go to the store. It's 2 avocados, jarred hot salsa, red onion and salt. Not fancy but it's acceptable and good for hair growth. Push saran-wrap down on top of the guacamole to seal out air and prevent browning. Also made a package of Great Value brand peach sugar free jello.

Butter lettuce, a bit of English cucumber and a side of sauteed summer squash and onion. Sugar free ranch dressing, salt & pepper.
