Looking for good, low impact habits for retirees

I am newly retired and looking for ways to maintain mobility now that I have fewer reasons to get out of the house. I've had a few health issues the last few years and need to prioritize more gentle habits, so no running marathons for me! Any suggestions for something low impact and easy to start would be appreciated.

I'm tired of buying diaper pail refills... does anyone have an alternative?

My husband and I had twins six months ago, so we're going through diapers at a ridiculous rate. The problem is I keep forgetting to buy more diaper pail refills, and kt drives me crazy every single time. I swear every time I go to change the bag, I realize we're out, and then I'm making a trip to the store for one specific thing.

ATP we're considering ditching the diaper pail altogether and just getting a regular trash can because I honestly can't be bothered with buying one specific refill all the time anymore. The only thing stopping me is I'm worried the diaper smell will end up filling the whole nursery, and then I'll have a completely different problem on my hands 😂 Has anyone switched away from diaper pail refills altogether? Please help a mom out, any advice is appreciated!
