i pick at my skin all the time but i also pick my nose
at the moment it’s quite red and sore and i’m scared to go get it checked out
i’ve read picking can cause a hole in your septum and i’m so scared and spiralling
i’m scared of getting judged if i go to a medical profesional
will a pharmacist be able to help with redness in the nose?

So as well as scabies I have a skin infection going on, probably from the scratching. I have been prescribed antibiotics for the infection.

The leaflet of the cream says not to apply to broken skin or open wounds… but I have to apply the cream all over for it to be effective right

what do i do? has anyone had a similar situation? can’t find much about it online.

Lastly, people with tattoos, did the cream affect them in any way?
