Is there actually a market for parametric 3D modeling services for small firms?

Hey, I have an architecture background and I work with Rhino. I can build parametric 3D models of buildings, structures, interiors and furniture — basically geometry that can be adjusted without rebuilding from scratch every time.

I’m thinking of offering this as a freelance service specifically to small architecture, interior, and furniture firms who need this kind of work but don’t have a specialist in house.

My honest question — is this actually a pain point for small firms? Do they outsource this kind of work or just struggle through it themselves?

Would love to hear from anyone who’s worked at a small firm or freelanced in this space.
