I've been learning about different things the Analogue Pocket is capable of doing for me, and decided that one thing I really wanna do one day is complete the Generation 3 Pokémon games' National Dex. However, one very specific Pokémon is extremely difficult to get in English: Celebi.
I already learned how my Pocket can use the .sav files created when making a save state, so I decided to take my Pokémon Sapphire and have the Analogue Pocket take a save state and brought that into my computer to run through PKHeX and inject a recreation of the only English Celebi event from that timeframe: Journey Across America tour from 2006.
For ease of use I used a ROM of Sapphire with that newly exported .sav and then traded it to my physical copy of FireRed since the Pocket wonderfully has a link cable port and you can trade Pokémon reliably between physical cartridges and compatible ROMs.
And lo and behold, Gen 3 Celebi!
The possibilities with the Pocket are truly glorious, I tell ya.
