Who does Sofi use for their clearing house?

My limit orders seem to get filled much easier at other brokerages than my experience at Sofi.

Elite high school aged female distance runners, are they taking creatine?

Should they be?

I've read alot, but it feels like most articles and online discussions about creatine and younger athletes, despite being almost exclusively positive feel like they are referring to male athletes, and usually not distance runners.

And then most articles and discussions about creatine and female distance running, despite being almost exclusively positive feel like they are geared towards grown adults.

So, while the positive feedback seems to intersect I've always wondered, (my daughter only takes a multivitamin) and I thought this sub might be a great spot to ask.
