How to I report apartment managers who arent responding to maintence requests?

My apartment has been having issue building up with no real response. I've called, messaged, and visited the office. Now the AC is leaking water which is a major mold hazard. What should I do?

I will definitely be leaving once my lease it up.

Help me find this fic.

So Regina hates co parenting with Emma. She is in a car accident and wakes up in an alternate time where she is married to Emma, Henry is older, and they share 2 more kids. Regina is reluctant but eventually falls for Emma before waking back up in her own time.

Also...has anyone been lucky enough to find Car Trouble again? Or is it lost forever.

Who is the center of the show in your opinion, Regina or Emma? Or maybe someone else?

I know its an ensemble but who is the nucleus of the show? Who is the Meredith Gray, Olivia Pope, Piper Chapman, Jack Shepard, Walter White, Rick Grimes...who is the focal point?

Do you think Michael himself would have liked the movie?

I personally don't think Michael would have liked it, nor do I think he would have green lit the movie. But thats just what I think, what about you?

Unpopular Opinion: The View is BETTER when Whoopi isnt there.

I adore Whoopi. She is a legend who has given so much to the show but she is reminding me a bit of Barbara Walters in the years before she was let go. She seems constantly crabby, cuts people off all the time, trips over her words constantly, and it just seems like being there is a chore for her at times.

I know this is extremely unpopular.

Looking for extensive dental work from compassionate dentists.

As a kid, care was not taken of my teeth so I've been playing catch up since I was 16 years old. I'm now interested in full upper dental Implants. Does anyone know a good place for this? Also, I am a student so any cost cutting tips is welcome also.

If Michael could have made any song from any of his family's catalog, which song would you have liked for him to do?

It can be any family member; brother sister nephew or cousin. It doesn't really matter which one. Is there a song from any of them that you would have liked to hear MJ do?

I would have loved to hear Michael's version of

Isn't She Lovely by Stevie Wonder

The Velvet Rope by Janet Jackson

Fly Away by Rebbie Jackson

and honestly I wish he would have kept Why by 3T for himself.

"My dream was to love... True Love." ~ [Deleted Scene]

This deleted scene reminded me that, according to Enchanted Forest logic, you're only supposed to have one True Love. I'm guessing that's why Robin Hood is considered Regina's soulmate????

Now I'm wondering if the showrunners ever went deeper into this... ??

Or maybe we're just meant to understand that True Love and soulmates aren't necessarily the same thing.

**EDIT: S1 You get 1 soulmate and you mourn them for life. Producers later realized that was a problem and now we have Soulmate Retcon.

Property of Disney/ABC

What do we think Regina's relationship with her grandfather, King Xavier, was like?

u/LuvBriah — 3 months ago

Arguably the character with the most wasted potential.

Born with twice the darkness and no light. Kidnapped as a child and lost to a foreign world. Her kidnappers never even cared to look for her or own up to the heartbreak felt by her nor her mother, yet they are treated like literal sweet royalty and she struggles and her mother is either depressive or dead. Literally the opposite to Emma. Born from one of the most powerful witches/dragons ever and apparently Zorro.

This is just the tip of the iceberg with Lily Page. They could have done so much with her and she would have been a fantastic new character, good or bad.

Are there any characters that you dislike so much that it hurts the show for you?

For me its Robin Hood. I never liked the character but Sean McGuire's performance was nauseating to me. For a character that was so unnecessary to the story and so comparatively weak, having an actor make this constipated face every five seconds just drives me up a wall. I wasnt overly bothered by the other actors Robin Hood but this one was pure ick

Yes, I know my dislike of Robin is overkill but I just cant help it. For me, he takes up space and/or brings the quality of the show down. lol

We listen and we dont judge. lol

Hot Take: Take out the Frozen stuff but keep the Ice Queen stuff and season 4A is top tier.

Introduce Ingrid, only allude to her ties to Frozen, and focus on her relationship to Emma. I think Ingrid was one of the better characters they introduced and her backstory with Emma was really good and deserved to be explored more if possible. Let Ingrid go out as a tragic character and maybe...just maybe...Frozen's intro could make more sense far in the future instead of being a negative turning point for the show.

This Tweet got me thinking.

I respect all the Jacksons and I can honestly say I have given all of their music a chance, even the 3rd generation. However, the quality of the music has never been consistent in my opinion which is not a bad thing. To expect anyone to perform at Michael Jackson's level is absurd, let alone his entire family. I never thought the quality of their music nor the level of their solo success was due to self esteem because other than Tito, they all put out music.

Jermaine put out FOUR albums in the 80s alone!!!!!! I never thought self esteem was what stopped his success but instead it was just that people didnt vibe with his music. With Tito specifically, I thought he didnt do solo work because he was focused on his sons music and helping them.

To see Taj say this is the reason the brothers never thrived as solo artists got me thinking. How true can this be? Of course, they could have dealt with self doubt but I struggle to understand how that stopped them from being super successful when it didn't stop them from putting out albums. I mean if Janet can do it with less fame, more anxiety, and behind a bigger shadow, why couldn't they? Other than it just wasnt for them, which is totally okay.

Thoughts?
