(tw: mention of suicidal thoughts) Im really scared for my birthday
Last year on my 14th birthday i was so suicidal i had to look in the mirror and convince myself not to do it. it just felt like everything lost its joy and there was no point in doing the same dull routine for years.. this makes me incredibly scared for my upcoming birthday- i know its stupid but i dont wanna be suicidal again.

I used to cut everyday and now I’m almost 7 months clean! It does get better.
It rook a long hard while of fighting but I’ve made it so far and I’m so proud of myself! Even after a pretty bad relapse I didn’t give in and I went right back to fighting. I believe in y’all and your journeys 🫂
