One infant gets used every 10 hours, coming down to 876 babies a year. I know the Foundation is extremely powerful, but gathering that many baby is a keter class containment issue in itself. Do they have one of those human cloning machines from SCP-2000 on site to spawn infants for the ritual?
This DC villain is Arachne Minos, villain name Arachne or 'Monster Weaver'. Akin to several other DC characters, she originates from ancient Greece. In fact, she is the very Arachne from the legend of Theseus and the Minotaur. After Theseus broke his promise and abandoned her on Crete, she returned to the Labyrinth to die alone. But in the Labyrinth, she found Theseus' sword embedded in the Minotaurs body. Unbeknownst to Theseus, the sword his father had given him to slay the beast had magical properties, and by absorbing a monster's blood, these monsters could be summoned as allies. Claiming ownership of the sword, Arachne swore a bloody revenge, traveling through Greece, acquiring more monster blood and eventually laying waste to Athens until the gods intervened. Arachne was locked away for thousands of years, but was eventually awoken when found by archeologists, her broken heart still lusting for vengeance and the power to carry it out as she keeps collecting the blood of modern day monsters (such as DC villains like Killer Croc, Man-Bat, King Shark) to summon as her faithful allies.
Shirka 'Shish' Gantuar would join the corps because it pays nicely for murder. And yes, she has a thing for extravagantly shaped knives, no matter what her swordsmith says. Still gotta find a fitting breathing style though. Maybe Blood Breathing?
