Posted help needed the other on this beautiful brand new 844 and unfortunately after all those wonderful people suggested different fixes i was running a test running the front truck on a stretched spring when she derailed near the edge of my layout and went for a tumble this is the resulting crash and im not sure how saveable this is I know the tender is unclipped and I think a few of the smaller pieces are also just unclipped but the leading truck is destroyed and im not sure about any of the connecting rods all seems straight but im not sure its still safe to run. Weather I take the chance to replace the front truck or not

On some corners the front driver jumps the rail and eventually leads to a full derailment if I dont notice it before it gets to a switch. I know the real FEF-3 didn't have any blind drivers, but I was wondering if I took the wheels out and took them to a bench grinder and ground the flanges off the middle driver sets. Would potentially stop the derailments and aid in the corners? I'm using 11" (282mm) radius corners which is the minimum operational radius for the locomotive. Any help or advice would be appreciated

I stole these rgb led strips out of a scrap arcade machine from work today they're 12v 4 pin kinda old but still work i was wondering if I added the appropriate header plug could I use a mobo 4 pin rgb header to power and an rgb control app could I use these lights as accent lighting
