Hey folks, just started playing WMMT6 RR at a local arcade here in Ph. Any tips n guides for a newbie? I just ordered a Banapass through shopee.

I've noticed that when the race starts the ghosts always seem to launch ahead of me in the beginning even when I have more hp than they do.is there a trick to get the most speed out of the start? I use the rx8 (idc if its meta its my dream car because of nsfwmw 2006)

For context, I finished basic tuning last week and im on the journey to getting hell's tuning. I decided to try Manual transmission as i see a lot of kids and adults playing Manual transmission. No joke, there was a kid with a GTR using manual (idk which type) and he beated me in a race despite the fact that i had more HP than him.

Yesterday, I kinda got the feel of the shifter and understood when to shift. Though there are some things that's just bugging me. For one, I'm getting the impression that i should stick to gear 4 (maybe its because im using a RX-7 FD) and shift to gear 5 if im confident, is it a problem? Also, I noticed that whenever i downshift for the tight turns, i could just drift without the brake (for the most part) and maybe i can upshift, how do you approach turns with MT?

I've been wondering about this in a parallel universe if ever Namco never got rights to own Wangan Midnight to build an arcade series of this franchise...

and if anybody knows what would the timeline be lemme know

So I finally decided to do the FD rx7. I chose the yellow so I really wanted the 100 streak meter. was just 10 off! I knew I should have stopped for the day I felt off my game. Too many distractions. Tired. And I crashed right at the end! Couldn’t retire. I’m so empty now

Also how much does story mode servicing cost? I need the meter. I don’t have the time.

New player here from PH!! Usually Timezones dont have the Bandai Passport available but last week I was finally able to get one 🥹🥹🥹 Bwiset nga steering wheel was fucked and had my first car name as "GUEST"

Anyways I wanted to ask what the usual etiquette is for WMMT because I went to Timezone to play and wasnt really sure what to do lol.

When I got there there was already a group of players racing each other. I could already tell they were probably gonna be there for a while since they were a bunch of friends so I figured okay Ill just wait for my turn.

After a few minutes I ended up getting dinner instead bc I thought they might be done by the time I got back. Came back like an hour later and it was STILL the same guys playing. But this time there were already a bunch of new people waiting around them too

I would switch from playing other games to waiting behind them but basically they stayed there until the mall closed

As a new player and me being a girl it made me really shy to come up to them and ask for a turn. I didnt really know if that would be rude or something

Can I just ask like "how many games do you have left?" Or can I ask for a turn after their current game? Can I tap my card on the machine to kinda reserve a turn or does that not work like that?

I literally just wanna play story mode lol. Is it fair to ask for a turn if people have been waiting for a while or should I just wait until theyre completely done?

Ive never encountered anything like this before pls help hahah

so my local venue TZ Gateway 2 keeps getting worse and worse, its not even the slammers anymore doing this, its the staff. cab 2 and 3 keep breaking down, cab 4 brake has not been working for MONTHS, cabs keep breaking, unplayable experience, staff not giving a shit. even playing at glorietta 4 or sm marikina is more enjoyable. i have no hope for timezone gateway 2, management doesnt care, you even have to EMAIL THEM DIRECTLY for them to give a shit (99% of the time, they DONT). get rid of the them already, seriously its a waste of space in the venue, i ended up playing maimai instead.

I really want a good dress up parts, but i cant pick which car that i want, is there any car recommendations?, if so please let me know
