Can I use the fully tuned cars from terminal scratch as the copy car I send to my friend?

For context, I am about to receive my Perodua Axia E by tomorrow. First time going into Perodua cars and Axia by itself, is there anything particular that I have to note about the make and the model?

I am a uni student, so I may need to make a few runs on highways, but generally using it for city drives/granny driving.

From what I have heard, the stick shift itself can be hard to shift at times, and the vibration from the 3-cylinders can be annoying? Are any of those going to be a permanent issue or can be easily fixed? Is there any other issues to particularly note?
