Whenever I see people play this game, or watch videos of the gameplay, weather it be VS battle or TA, they always choose noon time.

People get the option to choose noon or midnight, but nobody chooses midnight, its always noon time.

Hello all, might be in the minority or maybe I might be the only one using Sage Peachtree Quantum 2010 on Windows 11 with modern hardware.

While I know its not practical but I use it for basic stuff only and don't require features in the newer version for my needs.

I am however running into some issues that I never hard with my older Windows 7 PC.

When creating tasks like sales order, invoice, purchase order, purchases, it is taking around 10 seconds to load each item line when typing in the Item ID.

Basically any windows that needs to pull inventory data is taking a while to populate that portion.

Other task that are payment related like receipts, payments, are very snappy with no issues.

Loading reports is also snappy.

I have tried running it in compatibility mode but the problem still persists.

Anyone know how to fix these issues?

Is VirtualBox.org the official website? Is there where I should download from?

I ask because if you scroll to the bottom it says Oracle © 2025

If this is the official site why is it still 2025?

We are on the process of building a 2 story building and its almost done, its a warehouse building so the classification is commercial / industrial. We got the Building Permit in the beginning of the process and now we are applying for Occupancy Permit but the LGU is asking us to pay Construction Tax and it is a big amount.

Is there such a thing as Construction Tax?

Hi guys, I need some suggestions for Wifi CCTV.

Its for a 4 story warehouse building, need kasi 30 to 40 cameras.

So far ang balak ko is to have a Mesh router network para covered ng Wifi buong building tapos lagyan nalang ng Wifi Cameras.

I think this will be better and easier than a wired set-up.

Which Wifi Mesh router should I get?

Which Wifi CCTV?

Yung NVR ba pwede naka Wifi din or dapat naka LAN?

Also which NVR?

Hi guys, for those who have bought a system from them, how was your experience?

These are the shops near my area but ive never tried them yet. Could use some feedback.

Which shop should I go for?

I need a new desktop PC but not sure which is the best place to buy. I used to buy them in PC Express Pasong Tamo Makati back in the day. They were always a good bunch of people to talk to. But now we have moved down south in Paranaque and when I go to the malls where they are, the staff don't seem so attentive to my questions.

I'm not sure if my concerns about staff being un-attentive will be limited to PC Express since I also feel the same when I inquire in other big shops. Its something I feel its everywhere lately, the staff are like zombies just waiting for their shift to end.

Are they still a good place to buy a custom desktop build? Or are there newer players that can give better service and price?

What I need is simple:

Solid case, not fancy looking, something with good airflow
Good PSU
Ryzen 7 or Intel 7
32 to 64 GB RAM
1 TB SSD
Windows 11
Not sure which mobo to go for honestly
No need for a GPU, the machine will be basically be running just one software which is RAM heavy.

Would appreciate any feedback that can point me to a good shop.

Basically a Virtual Server inside a Win 11 machine.

Planning to run VirtualBox and have a Virtual Server in it where many users can log in via RDP, but the host machine is a Windows 11 single user.

I read somewhere that the Virtual Guest can be set to Bridge Mode and this will be detected as a real separate device with its own IP.

Just wanted to ask if this is possible or will there be some conflict? Since the host Windows 11 OS is for single user only but the VM inside it can accommodate multiple users. I have the multi user version of the server OS.

The reason for doing it this way is because the server OS I have is a very old one and new hardware is not compatible with it, that is why I'm thinking of Virtualizing it and from what I understand the VirtualBox will make new hardware compatible for the old Server OS inside the Virtual Machine.

Also a follow up question, since this will be my first time trying any of this out, should I got with VirtualBox or VMware?

Genuinly curious about this.

Im sure some poeple will still pay 3x to 5x to buy from scalpers. And sadly some might not know about this rule and just waste their money.

How will this work for ticket resellers or scalpers?

Ginger Hotel or Royal Ritual Hotel?

We will be visiting Surat soon and our relative suggested to pick one of these since its near their residence. I will be travelling with mom, shes 72.

Anyone here familiar with these hotels? How are the locations and their pricing?

Also another question, where would be a nice place to spend time in Surat for a day or 2?

Like sights too see for tourists?

De Grandeur Hotel And Banquets or The Byke Suraj Plaza Veg Hotel?

We will be visiting Thane soon and our relative suggested to pick one of these since its near their residence. I will be travelling with mom, shes 72.

Anyone here familiar with these hotels? I had a look in google and they are almost similarly priced.

Also another question, where would be a nice place to spend time in Thane for a day or 2?

I would assume that the demand for their electricity is not the same as before and will continue to go lower. Will they lower their price since the demand is going away?

They have a monopoly so im not sure how that works with supply and demand.

Ive seen an installation where the panels adjust depending on the orientation of the sun. It is motorized but does not consume much electricity as opposed to the potential additional harvest that can be generated.

Anyone tried this yet?
