Victory
After the HCGS’ victory in the Mosslands, a few changes come
1stly, the school programs change. The students now have a class about how evil is duty and how great is the Holy Citadel and especially Master Lyrcus. History lessons now say that day is the day where mossgrotto has been freed from the evil demon duty
2ndly, more and more forts are created in the borders, to ensure nobody can attack
3dly, a special guard is created in the big opening from the "skies" to protect the grotto from any aerial attack

High scaled attack
The troops of the HCGS cross the border between Shellwood and Mossgrotto and starts attacking, with the will to liberate the region from Duty's grip. They don't attack anybody, unless they were attacked first

Fellow people of the Holy Citadel, of the High Halls, and of the HCGS—I want you to be prepared!
Before long, a total war will erupt across all of Pharloom. This is a war we must win! And at last, our glory will be secured on the day when right triumphs. We will defeat our enemies and reclaim what is ours!
The golden era I promise you draws closer and closer. We need only reach out our hands and seize it. So be prepared! Be prepared for the greatest time of your lives!
Soon, we will march upon the Citadel, and we will finally and definitively be freed from the fake gods' slavery! Be ready! We will be victorious, and we will finally be seen as the wonder we truly are!

Announcement to Bellhart's Population (and invasion of Bellhart)
Yesterday, the Cogs used their oupost in you city to attack us. We think it is unacceptable. Your peaceful town serves as a lair for war criminals, and enemies of the right. That's why I decided to send my troops to Bellhart, to fight and defeat the cogs once for all, and to put that city, that has been the place of so many attacks, like the void infection from pure vessel or the Wyrm's Ragnarok and now the Cogs' invasion, under the Holy Citadel's Government of Shellwood's protection.

Proclamation of Lyrcus' dominion over Shellwood
Today, great progress has been made in the fight against Duty. The Holy Citadel has secured Shellwood. I will personally ensure that this region can never be taken by Duty. I, Lyrcus, am now the sole master of Shellwood.
I hereby proclaim a new era of order and stability for the region, bringing an end to the political stagnation that has plagued it for far too long. Never again shall Shellwood be left vulnerable to invasion by Duty's forces. The Eternal Order of the Citadel shall always prevail.
Shellwood shall be governed by myself, or by any individual I appoint as temporary ruler should my duties require me elsewhere.
