SOH help

I bought this and it looked a bit sparse to begin with. It was in a broken, plastic hanging pot so I repotted it ultimately after a couple months. I recently added grow light bc I hear light is what they need most. I bottom water- but prob not often enough. I spray the top frequently bc it just looks so dry (prob wrong). I heard about winding the vines around the top but they’re tangled so much. It keeps growing longer though.

It’s in
* 1 part Rosy Soil cactus & succulent mix
* 1 part perlite
* ½ part Fox Farms Ocean Forest
* ¼–½ part Better-Gro orchid bark

This has been one of my most difficult bc I don’t know what I’m doing and bc it was already sickly when I bought it. I’ve watched videos and searched Reddit. I should just buy one that’s already beautiful. I’ve propagated some and prob took them out of prop box too soon. Maybe I’ll try to prop again.

What went wrong?

I’m new to terrariums, but made a few and they are thriving so far. However, I made a couple for some family and they have started to mold. Was told that it molded after they added springtails, including the charcoal media they were in. I used rock at the bottom, sheet moss for barrier, sm amt charcoal, then coco coir/perlite w/sm amt worm
Castings. I don’t think it was too wet but maybe.

Repot question

I need to repot this, but wondered if I needed to cut it back a little bit. If so, how do I do that? I bought this from a local guy and it had been eaten by caterpillars and now the pitchers have just been staying brown. I cut the larger older pitchers off and it’s got new pitcher buds? Do I need to go up in size on the pot? Can I go up large enough to support the larger growth? Or should I stay smaller, going up slightly in size? I was planning to repot in 50-50 sphagnum moss & perlite.
